- The Hospital Welfare Association elect a new Council and an Executive Committee in the early part of the year.
- Members are are offered benefits at death of loved ones, child births and other major life events.
- The Association also organises the Annual Blood Donation Day at the hospital premises.
- It supports and works together with the Hospital Sports Club and Hospital Buddhist Association to promote sports and religious activities amongst the staff and clients.
