The training unit of NIMH organized a workshop on ‘how to counsel a person with personality disorders’ for psychological counselors. The workshop was conducted by Dr. Venura Palihawadana, Consultant Psychiatrist at the base hospital, Dambadeniya. Around 85 counselors working in different settings participated in the workshop. The trainees who have completed the four months training in tailoring, handicraft, bakery and computer applications awarded certificates at a ceremony held at NIMH.
